Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Postage costs are £3.75 per item, and may require a signature upon delivery.

All draught excluders and wheat bags are made to order and take approximately 3 - 5 working days to dispatch, except when demand is particularly high when it may take a little longer.

Custom made orders will usually take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to dispatch.

Delivery is to the UK only, either by Royal Mail for standard 37” excluders or Parcelforce/Evri courier delivery for shorter/larger excluders depending upon your order and will usually be delivered approximately 2 - 5 working days from dispatch.  A signature may be required upon delivery, you will be notified of the tracking number for your order.

If an order is returned to me because of non delivery, a refund will be issued minus the outgoing postage charges incurred.

Please be aware that there is a surcharge for some postal areas including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, & Isle of Man. This will be invoiced separately via Paypal. Unfortunately, we no longer ship to Northern Ireland. Please contact us for postage costs before you make a purchase.

Returns

We really want you to be happy with your new draught excluder so please contact us asap if you have a problem.  We will always do our best to resolve it.

We are happy to accept returns on standard length excluders but please note that custom made excluders are exempt from our returns policy.  You must notify us of any returns via email.  Excluders must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Once your order has been returned to us, in its original condition and packaging, a full refund minus the outgoing postage charges incurred by us will be issued. Return postage charges to be paid by the buyer.

I cannot take responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in the post, therefore  I would recommend that all goods are insured in transit.
