This is a hand crafted wheat heat bag, ideal for soothing aching muscles.

Using a Grey Persian Cat linen print fabric with a contrasting grey fabric on the reverse, and filled with natural wheat and Yorkshire Lavender (optional).

The wheat bag is available either sectioned to hold the wheat in place, (see last image for example), or available unsectioned (one section). Heat in microwave or place in freezer - full instructions included.
Pattern placement may vary due to the cut of the fabric.
